“Don’t worry before its time.”
Almost always, we spend our better part of life trying to worry about something which may never happen. Assuming, the worst, triggers panic, anxiety and depression. When the issue, concerns finance, it would cause, stress. If it involves, kids, its worry, If it concerns spouse or infidelity, it becomes, suicidal. When we turn back and look at issues, which caused us agony, you will also notice, almost all of them, were useless to fret on. Baseless assumptions, we fail to recover in time, often hurting ourselves more than, the other person, incidence or situation, which causes this.
EVERYTIME THERE IS A WORRY, PAUSE, THINK AND PROCEED TO—–WORRY.
