Moods meaning different things to different peopleand keeps changing through the day. Moods defer according to situations,places,people and occasions . Feeling good is about what elevates our moods. With efforts we can make sure, our mood depends in a balanced state.

Mood enhancers, vary from person to person and go up and down accordingly. Drinking   gives good mood to some, praying to some, meditating to others. Calm activities, when become a habit, mood, begins to depend on the habits, which when turns into a full fledged addiction ruins the same mood it helped elevate before . Giving up old bad habits, and addictions, creates withdrawal syndromes and spoils moods further. From good mood, to elevated moods to depression, the very thing that gave pleasant moods, now gives a hangover and irritation.

THINGS TO DO TO MAINTAIN GOOD MOODS.

  1. SLEEP WELL FOR 7-8 HOURS.
  2. MAINTAIN A DAILY ROUTINE.
  3. KEEP DAILY DAIRY.
  4. EXERCISE AND TAKE LONG WALKS.
  5. EAT GOOD FOOD.
  6. DEVELOP GOOD FRIENDSHIPS .
  7. DON’T LET A WRONG RELATIONSHIP CORRUPT YOUR SOUL.
  8. DRINK PLENTY OF WATER.
  9. CULTIVATE GOOD HABITS.

AND ABOVE ALL CREATE MEANINGFUL HOBBIES,JOIN FOR COURSES.

 

LOOK FOR SEVERE MOOD SWINGS, BECAUSE THEY CAN SPELL A SERIOUS HEALTH ISSUE, AND IT BECOMES CYCLIC. BEING AWARE OF YOUR MOODS AND, LEARN TO LIVE IN THE MOMENT–AND MOST IMPORTANT THING IN LIFE IS TAKE TIME OFF AND SPEND TIME WITH YOURSELF–BELEIVE THIS, YOU ARE YOUR BEST FRIEND.
